1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (e.g., PKR 2,999), subject to promotional campaigns.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Lahore: 1–2 business days

  • Major cities (e.g., Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel on the courier’s website.

6. Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@masharetail.com or call +92-320-4301378. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
